Did you purchase a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x2 with a 4.7 and/or hemi engine? Have you experienced power surges and/or power losses while operating same? Presently there is a dispute in the Circuit Court of Hamilton County, Tennessee styled Pickett v. DaimlerChrysler; Docket No. 05C-1808 relative to such defects. Such defects could cause consumers/operators to be faced with serious risks in operation of the vehicle.
